Youth Technology Incubator Application

Thank you for your interest in our Youth Technology Incubator (YTI) Council!

Our group of teen representatives at the YMCA YTI Youth Council targets wellness issues that expand over an immense percentage of our teen population, such as substance abuse and mental health. Through a series of public service announcements (PSA), we will open new discussions for these nuanced and often stigmatized topics.

We are looking for teenagers (7th-12th grade) to join us! The YTI Council will be in-person and will run from October through May. Meetings are held twice a month on Wednesdays starting October 7, 2026.

Youth Council will be addressing issues related to teen wellness by making PSAs (public service announcements). Examples of teen wellness include but aren't limited to mental health and substance abuse.
